ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent and after dispensing with the notice to the second respondent as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the second respondent.

2. The petitioner and the second respondent are siblings and son and daughter, respectively, of one Angammal, who was the account holder with the first respondent.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent submits that a suitable claim petition has to be filed by the petitioner and the other legal heirs. Subject to the same, the account will be re-activated and the amount can be, thereafter, withdrawn.

4. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is closed by permitting the petitioner to file a suitable claim petition before the first 2/6

respondent along with the other documents as may be desired by the first respondent. No costs.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the final order dated 09.06.2025, this court has not mentioned the time limit to dispose of the petitioner's claim petition.

3. Considering the said request, the following line has to be incorporated in the last line of the last paragraph of the order.

"On such filing of the claim petition, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass orders on its own merits within a period of four weeks."
