[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from utilizing the Integrated Financial and Human Resources Management System Software for the Treasury operations and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to use the existing Automatic Treasury Bill passing System (ATBPS) /E-Payroll and E-Pension software developed by the National Informatics Center.

2. The relief sought for in this writ petition is misconceived, and utilizing the technology by the Government is a necessity. Hence, this court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
