[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to give necessary permission for conducting Musical Orchestra Programme in the place mentioned in the petition, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents.

3.It is seen from the records that on 04.02.2017 the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents and the same has not been considered. Police Station, Tirunelveli District is directed to look into the representation dated 04.02.2017 alleged to have been given by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of two days.
