ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 16.04.2025 seeking survey of the land situated in Survey No.795, Thalaiyuthu Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District and also to subdivide the property purchased by him under a sale deed dated 24.05.2000.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.T.Ramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.According to the petitioner, he purchased 4 acres out of a total extent of 7.17 acres in Survey No.795 under a registered sale deed dated 24.05.2000. He submitted a representation before the respondents on 16.04.2025 seeking survey and subdivision of the property purchased by him. The same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has not filed any online application seeking survey and subdivision of the property. If a proper online application is made by the petitioner, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
6.In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, the petitioner is directed to submit an online application seeking survey and
subdivision of the property, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such online application is made by the petitioner within the stipulated time, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the online application, after issuing notice to the petitioner, third respondent and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of . No costs.
