ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection for conducting the survey in the land belonging to the petitioner.

2.It is seen from the records that the Tahsildar has already issued a notice, dated 24.05.2018 to the petitioner and thereby, fixed a date for conducting the survey.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that one of his brother's son who is an Advocate, is illegally making obstruction to the officials and therefore, the revenue officials are not able to conduct the survey.

case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to give adequate police protection for the Tahsildar to conduct the survey in the petitioner's property.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
