ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.08.2018, which has been made seeking for permission to conduct a peaceful protest at Sankarapuram Kanmoi on 15.09.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the second respondent has received the representation and will take a decision in accordance with law on the said representation.

3. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 24.08.2018 and take a decision on or before 11.09.2018 and inform the petitioner about the same.
