ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.14978 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020, thereby directed the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.393 of 2019 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the entire investigation is completed and yet to file a final report.
