Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the third respondent to release petitioner's salary (grant-in-aid) from January, 2022 and disburse all other service and monetary benefits from 01.01.2022 within stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

When this case came up for hearing, the third respondent Officer, Mr.S.Sivasankaran has present before this Court and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 have circulated written instructions. On the basis of which, he submitted that the third respondent Officer has considered the issue elaborately and has come to a conclusion to disburse the salary of the petitioner from January 2022. However, already the salary slip with respect to the salary for the months of August 2023 and September 2023 has been submitted before the Treasury for releasing the grant-in-aid. That apart, it has also been informed that from January 2022 to July 2023, the pending arrears of 2/5

salary will also be released with immediate effect and they will continue to disburse the salary of the petitioner hereafter.

2. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
