ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the third respondent to survey and measure the petitioner's property, measuring to an extent of 2400 square feet, situated at plot No.19, Fathima Nagar, comprised in Survey No.22 at Villar Village in patta No.1275.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given a representation dated 27.10.2017 to the third respondent to conduct survey and measure the above mentioned petitioner's property and the same is kept pending without passing any orders. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the above said prayer. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is no rival claim or suit is pending with regard to the property in question.
5.In view of the said submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
