ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to correct the erroneous revenue entries regarding Survey Nos.145/1H & 146/1H, Vayalur village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District, on the basis of the sale deed in favour of the petitioner dated 08.03.2013 and to issue patta in his favour, by considering the final representation dated 08.10.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the properties in Survey Nos.145/1G, 146/1I, 145/1H & 146/1H situated at Vayalur village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District. But, in respect of the properties in Survey Nos.145/1H & 146/1H, erroneous entries have been made in the revenue records and patta has also been erroneously granted in favour of the brothers of the petitioner's vendor and in order to correct the same, the petitioner has given a representation dated 08.10.2017 to the respondents. As the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above mentioned prayer. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that if reasonable time is granted to the respondents, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. 5.

In view of the said submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
