ORDER

Though this Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from deploying the petitioner to any other School, without considering her seniority and consequently, to direct the respondents to deploy the junior teacher, in the event of deployment, due to surplus, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the course of his argument, restricted his relief for issuing a direction to the fourth respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 25.06.2019, in the light of the letter of the second respondent, in Na.Ka.No.024064/E1/2015, dated 22.07.2016.

2.Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 and submitted that the fourth respondent would consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2019, in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the fourth respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2019, on merits and in accordance with law and in the light of the letter of the second respondent, in Na.Ka.No.024064/E1/2015, dated 22.07.2016, or any other subsequent Government Orders, as expeditiously as possible, not later than 13.07.2019. 4.This Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
