ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.137 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 , 448 and 506(i) IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused have abused the defacto complainant using filthy language, assaulted him, caused injuries and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the victim sustained grievous head injury.

5. Considering the nature of injury and also considering that there is no change 2/3
