ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate pointed out that it is only the Revenue Divisional Officer, Aranthangi, who can consider the petition mentioned request. The petitioners are given liberty to submit an application before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Aranthangi in this regard. As and when such an application is filed, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Aranthangi shall dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months, thereafter.
