This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 5.1.2018 as per the Regulations and Service conditions of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation(Kumbakonam) Limited. 2.Mr.D.Sivaraman,learned counsel takes notice for R1 to R3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the Petitioner is employed as Driver in the third respondent/Transport Corporation and he was unable to attend duty from 28.10.20167 to 30.10.2017 and therefore he submitted a leave letter along with medical https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

certificate to the respondents 2 and 3. Inspite of the same, his attendance was marked as absent and three days salary was not paid to him. In this regard, the Petitioner has submitted a representation, dated 5.1.2018 to the respondents 2 and 3. Since the said representation did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court with the relief stated supra. 4.The counsel for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.In view of the submission, the respondents concerned is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 5.1.2018 as per law and to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of two months from the date of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, unless there is an impediment to do so. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
