Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.SARAVANA KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11460 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.612 of 2019 dated 24.02.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly except lock down period and prays to relax the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 28.02.2020 to 24.03.2020 and from 28.09.2020 till date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the

effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
