This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Crime No.141 of 2018 dated 18.11.2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Muthukulathur Police Station, Ramanthapuram District.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

However, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the name of the petitioner herein was removed from the list of accused persons, after investigation.
