ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A2 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and 379(NH) of I.P.C. in crime No.96 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to the wordy quarrel between the defacto complainant and the petitioner, the petitioner and others unlawfully assembled and assaulted the defacto complainant and criminally intimated and the petitioners have also stolen the jewels of the defacto complainant and they abused with filthy language also. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he did not involve any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that no recovery has been made and the investigation is going on. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, since the offence is serious in nature and the respondent police is yet to

recover the stolen properties, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
