Prayer: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondent to provide police protection for laying of bared fencing in S.F.No.275/3, 275/4, 254/5, for the extent of 1 acre and 68 cents situated in Veeriyapalaiyam Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District by considering the representation dated 29.08.2018 in person.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner to put up a fence around the property. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that the third and fourth respondents are interfering with the laying of the fence and therefore, a representation was sent to the respondent police on 29.08.2018, seeking for police protection.

are interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in his property. The petitioner has to approach the civil Court to redress his grievance and he cannot directly give compliant to the respondent police for giving police protection. 4.This Court does not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
