ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose the revision filed by the petitioner dated 19.02.2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.Mr.S.Gokul Raj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Ramesh Arumugam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner herein had filed a revision before the first respondent on 19.02.2024. Since the said revision has not been disposed by the respondents so far, the present writ petition has been filed. 2/4

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the revision filed by the petitioner would be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner dated 19.02.2024 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
