RESPONDENT/PETITIONER/RESPONDENT (Cause title accepted vide court order dated 09/09/2021 made in CMP(MD)No. 7169/2021 in CRP(MD)SR.No.41884/2021 BY SAIJ) Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to called for the records relating to the fair and decreetal order dated 01.12.2020 made in IA No.23 of 2020 in HMOP No.11 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Court, Aranthangi and set aside the same and consequently allow the present Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.ANANDKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- From the two memos that have been filed before the trial Court, namely, the Sub Court, Aranthangi, it appears that the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.10,000/- constituting the monthly maintenance on 11.11.2021. Though orders were passed on 30.09.2021, for the month of October, 2021, there appears to be no payment. 2.Today, the learned counsel says that what has been paid on 11.11.2021 constitutes the monthly maintenance for October, 2021. Thereafter, the next payment is on 09.12.2021, wherein, a sum of Rs.30,000/- has been paid.

This sum constitutes the monthly maintenance for the month of November, 2021 along with a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards litigation expenses. The maintenance for December, 2021 is yet to be paid.

CRP(MD) No.1413 of 2021 3.The petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- constituting the maintenance for the month of December, 2021 as well as the month of January 2022 by 21.01.2022. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/wife shall provide the RTGS details, so that the monthly maintenance shall henceforth be made before the 5th of every succeeding month directly into the account of the petitioner. 4.Post the matter on 24.01.2022 'for reporting compliance'. sd/- 06/01/2022 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
