O R D E R This petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the the respondents 2 and 3 herein not to harass the petitioner herein under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent is wife of the petitioner and that the third respondent has previously lodged a complaint against him for the offence under Sections 498(A) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.10 of 2015 and case was charge sheeted in C.C.No.29 of 2017 and after the trial, ended in dismissal. But, subsequently, the petitioner and the third respondent had filed a petition for a divorce on mutual consent and the same was ordered and thereafter, the petitioner has entered into second marriage and now, he is living with his second wife at Coimbatore. In the above circumstances, the third respondent has again lodged a compliant against the petitioner and that the 2nd respondent has been harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing 2/4

for the respondents police would submit that the third respondent has given a complaint and after enquiry, the same was closed.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
