Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3. None appears for the fourth respondent.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved by an error said to have crept in during UDR. It is well settled that for correcting UDR error, there is no limitation. The petitioner is said to have filed an appeal in the year 2012. The said appeal may not be even available on the file of the second respondent. I therefore, permit the petitioner to submit fresh appeal before the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to
dispose of the same and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will put the fourth respondent on notice before passing final order. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
