O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel for respondents 5 and 7.

2. The petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the second respondent, calling the petitioner for an enquiry on a petition filed by the 5th respondent to cancel the sale deed.

3. Now, the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 4 on instructions submitted that the petitioner himself participated in the enquiry and the second respondent also passed an order dated 02.08.2016. However, the second respondent passed the order subject to the result of this Writ Petition.

4. Since the petitioner himself has participated in the enquiry and also invited an order, no adjudication is necessary in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of the second respondent dated 02.08.2016, if so advised. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
