For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in crime No. 4 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant a case has been registered in Crime No.4 of 2016 as against the 1st accused. For the purpose of investigation, the petitioners were served summon to appear before the respondent. In respect of appear before the respondent, they approached this Court. He further submitted that the petitioners are not arrayed as accused in this case as on today and there is no apprehension of arrest.

CRL OP(MD). No.12463 of 2020 2.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioners are not accused in this case as on today, this criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 3.Further, the petitioners are directed to co-operate for investigation. It is also made clear that on the guise of enquiry, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioners. Further, if any material available as against the petitioner to implead them, the 2nd respondent is liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
