PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.1564 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner is the sole accused. He was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 10.09.2020 for the offence punishable under section 302 of I.P.C., in Crime No.1564 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
3. The petitioner is a money lender and the deceased Mr.Palanisamy @ Mani borrowed a sum of Rs.6,000/- from the petitioner /accused. On the day of occurrence, the deceased accompanied the petitioner in a two wheeler and based on the said fact, the defacto complainant has stated that her husband was murdered by the petitioner/accused. The complaint states that the money was borrowed from the petitioner by her husband by pledging two wheeler belongs to the deceased. However, these disputed facts are to be investigated by the police.

CRL OP(MD). No.12515 of 2020 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) made a submission that the petitioner was arrested on 10.09.2020 and the investigations are in progress. In the event of releasing the petitioner at this juncture, the same may cause greater prejudice to the investigation and there is a likelihood of tampering the witnesses and evidences.
5.This being the factum, the petitioner is not entitled for bail at this point of time and consequently, bail petition stands dismissed.
