2. It appears that the petitioner appeared before the Court concerned and got the warrant recalled.

3. Since the co-accused were already acquitted in S.S.C.No. 9 of 2013, by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur, dated 08.09.2017, the trial Court is directed to dispose the S.S.C.No.112 of 2016 pending on its file within a period of three months 2/4

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
