This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to add a particular person as an accused in Crime No.28 of 2016.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that one Anandha Narayanan who was involved in the offence, was not named in the F.I.R and therefore, the present petition has been filed before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the said Anandha Narayanan has subsequently been added as an accused in the course of investigation.
