PRAYER :- For Bail in Cr.No.12 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.08.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 395 r/w 397 of IPC, in Cr.No.12 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the driver of taxi. On the date of occurrence, the petitioner and other accused persons approached the defacto complainant for travelling from Tenkasi to Sayalkudi. Hence, the defacto complainant took the accused persons towards Sayalkudi. At that time, the petitioner and other accused persons said to have forcibly snatched mobile phone, cash of Rs.4,500/- and indica car from the defacto complainant by showing knife. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is pending and that there is no change of circumstances after dismissal of the earlier bail application in Crl.OP(MD)No.11322 of 2020 dated 14.10.2020.

6.It is seen that this is the fourth application seeking bail. The earlier bail application in Crl.OP(MD)No. 11322 of 2020 was dismissed on merit by this Court on 14.10.2020. 7.Taking into consideration of the fact that there is no change of circumstances after dismissal of the earlier bail application in Crl.OP(MD)No.11322 of 2020, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
