ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to install the Amman Statue and Kodimaram for the peaceful conducting of Sri Periyakaliamman Thirukkovil full moon day Vaikasi Festival Nilakottai to be held on 10.06.2025 to 12.06.2025 by taking into account the petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2025.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Amman statue has been permanently installed and the function concluded smoothly. The respondents also provided police protection.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
