Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and second respondents to setup a Committee for enquire into the alleged irregularities and misappropriation act of J.Inbaraj, Secretary of Ramnad District Sarvodaya Sangh, Srivilliputhur and S.Alagumani, Treasurer of Ramnad District Sarvodaya Sangh, Srivilliputhur and further direct them to initiate action against the above persons on the basis of enquiry report submitted by Committee and ensure the Ramnad District Sarvodaya Sangh, Srivilliputhur be free of irregularities and scam, in future.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same cause of action, after impleading the Secretary of Ramnad District Sarvodaya Sangh at Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District as well as one Mr.S.Alagumani, Treasurer of the said Sangh, as parties to the writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In the light of the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner, is granted. No costs.
