This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint in P4/033824/2216/18 given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
