No.47 of 2012 acquitting the accused.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.JOHN VINCENT, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for R1 and No Appearance either in person or by an Advocate for R2, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 610 days in preferring the Criminal Revision against the order dated 12.07.2017 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Dindigul in C.A.No.20 of 2014 confirming the judgment dated 23.04.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dindigul in C.C.No.47 of 2012.

CRL MP(MD) No.7869 of 2019 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
