The Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order

dated 12.11.2019 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.17 of 2009 on the file of the learned Principal Sub Court, Srivilliputhur. 2.This Court by order dated 06.12.2024 has directed the petitioner to effect paper publication on the respondent.

3.Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that he is unable to contact his client. The said memo is recorded.
