O R D E R

Contending that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with, this contempt petition has been filed. 2.The petitioner wants survey to be done in respect of the petition mentioned property. Without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition was disposed of on 16.08.2022. The jurisdictional Tahsildar after hearing both parties has called upon them to move the jurisdictional Civil Court. Since I had not adjudicated the issue, it is only just and proper that the order which is adverse to the petitioner is put to challenge in an independent writ petition. The petitioner of course will have to make Manoharan as a party to the said writ petition. 2/4

3.Leaving open all the contentions of the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed.
