O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to take action against the illegal Katta Panchayat Gang headed by the 3rd Respondent and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to conduct the Padayal in Arulmigu Muthayee Amman Padaippu Veedu, which is scheduled on 15.12.2017 with all Agnates Pullivari (Thalaikattuvari) based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2017 according to law.

2. After elaborate argument and discussion, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority by way of representation and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner. No costs.
