WMP(MD) No.12167 of 2023 ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SC.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.RAMESH, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondents No.1 to 3, the court made the following order:- Even though the petition in W.M.P(MD) No.12167 of 2023 has been filed, both the petitioners have instituted a single Writ Petition relating to their children for admission in the fourth respondent school. They both have different cause and therefore, two separate Writ Petitions have alone to be filed.

2. This Writ Petition filed by Yakesh son of Murukesa Mani, is taken on record. The second petitioner may file a separate writ petition.
