O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take necessary action on the basis of the petitioner's appeal dated 23.01.2016 within a time stipulated by this Court 2.According to the petitioner, he has submitted an appeal before the first respondent on 23.01.2016. However, the appeal is still pending and no orders have been passed as against order dated 08.12.2015 passed by the second respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent Corporation submitted that the appeal will be considered as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated by this Court. Further submitted that the copy of the said appeal petition shall be forwarded to the first respondent corporation. 4.By recording the said submissions made by the counsel for the parties concerned, without going into the merits of the case, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No. 15510 of 2021 Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 23.01.2016 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that the copy of the appeal petition shall be enclosed along with this order copy addressed to the first respondent. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
