This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents herein not to interfere with civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first and second respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the third respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
