ORDER
When the matter was called, the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent on instructions submitted that they are willing to restore the water connection to the petitioner's house at Door No.2/128 situated at Keezhapillaiyar Kovil Street, Oormelalikiyan Post, Kadayanallur Taluk.
2. In view of the said submission, I do not wish to go into the various grounds raised by the petitioner made in the writ petition.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to extend the water service connection within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.With the above observation this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
