ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) With reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct first respondent to constitute the Arimalam Area in Pudukottai District as an individual Taluk for the welfare of the general public, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the proposal submitted by the District Collector is pending before the Government for consideration. However, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition cannot be granted by the Writ Court.
