ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to approve Form VII submitted by the petitioner society, dated 29.11.2017, so as to enable the petitioner to get school committee approval from the second and third respondents.
2.Mr.M.Alagathevan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

4.Heard both sides.
5.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner society, namely, Kallathupatti School Education Committee, convened a meeting and passed a resolution, electing the petitioner as Secretary of the society and school committee and submitted Form VII to the first respondent for approval. Since, the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.
6.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if Form VII submitted by the petitioner society, dated 29.11.2017, is directed to be considered by the first respondent, as per law.
7.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the first respondent to consider Form VII submitted by the petitioner society, dated 29.11.2017, and pass appropriate orders on its own merit and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
