O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the third respondent to dispose the Petitioners application dated 05.04.2023 requesting to issue Free House Site Patta in respect of landed property in an extent of 1850 sq.ft comprised in Survey no. 814/A situated at Mettupatti Road, Bharathipuram, Nagal Nagar, Dindigul Town and Dindigul District.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner's representation has already been considered and rejection orders were passed on 23.08.2023. A copy of the said order has also been served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order in the manner known to law. No costs.
