PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Respondents police especially to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner herein on the basis of the representation dated 26.05.2023 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Respondents police especially to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner herein on the basis of the representation dated 26.05.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he purchased the property from one Rajmohan, who is the paternal uncle of this petitioner. Later the third respondent, who is not having any right over the property made trouble to the petitioner when he tries to enter into the property.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent is also another paternal uncle of this petitioner. Whatever may be it appears that the petitioner purchased the property from the owner. According to the petitioner, there was a money dispute between the vendor and the third respondent herein. Citing the above said issue, he is preventing from entering into the property. It appears that he appeared before the second respondent once.

4.Since it is a issue between close relatives over the possession of the property, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry by summoning the parties, and dispose of the petitioner within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the parties can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
