The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to withdraw the case in M.C.No.24 of 2020 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Trichy and transfer the same to the Principal District and Sessions Court, Thiruvannamalai and to try the same along with H.M.G.W.O.P.No.63 of 2020, filed by the present petitioner.
2.The main contention of Mrs.R.Sridevi, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is physically challenged and that he is unable to go over to Trichy for every hearing. He also drew the attention of this Court to the photograph of the petitioner. 3.Though notice was served on the respondent and her name is also printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondent.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, the M.C.No.24 of 2020 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Trichy is withdrawn and the same is transferred to the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Thiruvannamalai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
