[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to shift the existing fish market which was transferred from the erstwhile place to the present one as an offshoot to the earlier litigation.

2. By consent of both parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. We do not propose to go into the merits of the case and it is suffice to direct the respondent No.3 to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2018, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
