This Court, vide order dated 02.09.2021,directed the respondent Police to file a report as to the stage of the investigation and to produce the earlier complaint lodged by the defacto complainant as against the petitioner for mineral theft.

2. Despite the direction of this Court, the respondent Police has not filed any report so far.

3. Therefore, the respondent Police is directed to appear before this Court on 20.09.2021.
