(MD).No.20803 of 2021 dated 19.5.2022 so far as the Petitioners are concerned.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.RM.ARUN SWAMINATHAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20803 of 2021 on 19.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.
