2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that it is a case of case and counter and in both the cases final report filed on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti.

3. In view of the said submission, there is no ground to conduct further investigation. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he can workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings, if so advised.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
