PRAYER :- Petition for EXTENSION OF TIME Under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to extend the time for executing sureties granted by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.4213 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing sureties granted by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.4213 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time granted to the petitioners for executing sureties before the concerned Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.4213 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025 is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.

4. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
