ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Cr.M.P.No.3647 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Thirumangalam and set aside the same and to relax the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.3317 of 2018 dated 13.08.2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam in Cr.M.P.No.3317 of 2018 dated 13.08.2018 is fully relaxed and the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Thirumangalam in Cr.M.P.No.3647 of 2018 is set aside.
